Salon de Soléa is a completely private salon. The space is prepared exclusively for your appointment, allowing you to relax in complete privacy.

3. Consultation

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your concerns, goals, and current condition. Based on this conversation, we design your personalized treatment plan.

4. Customized Treatment

Enjoy a relaxing experience surrounded by the soothing aroma of essential oils. Your treatment may include body care, facial treatments, and beauty technology depending on your needs.

5. Aftercare

After your treatment, you may take your time getting ready. We also provide personalized lifestyle and wellness recommendations to help maintain your results.

Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing Salon de Soléa.

To provide all guests with a comfortable and personalized experience, our salon operates by appointment only. By making a reservation, you agree to the following booking policies.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by 9:00 PM on the day before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or changes made after 9:00 PM on the day before the appointment, or on the day of the appointment, will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined below.

Please note that cancellation fees will not apply in cases of natural disasters or illness.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation or rescheduling after 9:00 PM on the day before the appointment, or on the appointment day: 50% of the reserved treatment fee
No-show without notice: 100% of the reserved treatment fee

Cancellation fees must be paid via bank transfer.

Additional Information

Guests who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice may be refused future bookings.
If you expect to arrive more than 10 minutes late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the schedule, your treatment time may need to be shortened. In such cases, the full treatment fee will still apply.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible.
